Feedback is starting to arrive, and I've learned to value it in every form it takes — direct comments, subtle cues, data, even silence. Silence is feedback too; it just takes longer to read.
Years of working beside good product managers taught me what to do with it: hold a vision, prioritize by what you're hearing, and let that decide what gets built first. Right now that means refining navigation and planning future products while new designs are in progress.
But here's the story behind the structure. This shop was supposed to launch October 1st, at a different address. On September 29, Shopify froze that account — "under review," no further explanation. My best guess is that some code I'd pasted into the template to speed things up tripped an automated flag. Customer service was a closed loop: no specifics, no timeline, no human. So I made the founder's version of a clean break — scrapped isloved.co, bought a new domain, and started over. This shop has the name it has because the first one got frozen.
There's a lesson in there I keep meeting from different directions: automated systems judge quickly and explain nothing, and the only real defense is to build things you can rebuild. For now I'm working within the standard theme, changing what it lets me change. The dream of designing everything my way and having it simply work is on the list. It's just not at the top of the list.
