At Isloved, every item is made to order with care. Here’s what to expect as your order makes its way to you.
Processing Time
Because our items are made to order, it typically takes 2–7 business days to process, print, and prepare your order for shipment.
Production time can vary based on the product, order size, availability, and season. During peak periods, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience while your order is being made.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, delivery usually takes:
Within the USA: 2–5 business days
International orders: 10–30 business days
Shipping times can vary depending on your location, the carrier, customs, holidays, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $100.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, destination, product type, and shipping method. We aim to keep shipping as affordable and reliable as possible.
Where We Ship
We ship to most countries supported by our print partners.
At this time, we’re unable to ship to North Korea, Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine. Some destinations may also be temporarily unavailable due to carrier restrictions, customs disruptions, regional logistics issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please note that tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after your order is marked ready to ship or shipped.
Multiple Shipments
To get your items to you faster, parts of your order may ship separately if they’re produced at different facilities or by different print partners. This won’t cost you anything extra.
International Orders
International shipping times may vary due to customs processing, local carriers, duties, taxes, or import fees.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by your local customs office or delivery carrier.
Delays & Issues
We work hard to ensure timely delivery, but delays can happen due to customs, holidays, carrier issues, weather, product availability, production volume, regional restrictions, or other unexpected events.
