Refinements, Realizations, and Recharge

Icons becomes Dogs, a funnel-shaped gap appears in my marketing knowledge, and an improv show saves the evening.

The shop got its refinements today. The category formerly known as the Icons Collection is now, simply, Dogs — clearer, and more honest about what it is. Navigation got some attention too, though filtering and sorting remain a puzzle I haven't solved yet. The weekend ahead is a big one: finalizing uploads for puzzles, long-sleeve shirts, mugs, pillows, and blankets, with Cyber Weekend planning behind all of it, because it's November and the calendar insists.

Today's realization arrived in two parts: I don't know how to build a proper marketing funnel, and I need to. It's a you-don't-know-what-you-don't-know moment, the kind every self-taught founder gets to have in public. Noted. Curriculum updated.

Then I closed the laptop. A walk, time with a friend, and an improv show that had me laughing harder than I have in weeks. I used to count evenings like that as time taken from the store. I'm learning to count them differently. The store runs on the same person the evening repairs.
