Shipping
Everything here is made to order — printed, pressed, or assembled after you choose it. Nothing waits in a warehouse, and nothing is made that nobody wanted. That’s the promise; here’s the practical side of it.
Making your order takes 2–7 business days before it ships. Production time varies with the product, the season, and how busy the studio’s partners are — peak periods can run a little longer.
Delivery, once it’s on its way: 2–5 business days within the U.S., and 10–30 business days internationally, depending on destination, carrier, customs, and weather — the parts of the trip nobody controls.
Rates. U.S. orders ship free. International shipping is calculated at checkout from your order’s size, destination, and method.
Where we ship. Most countries our production partners serve. We currently can’t ship to North Korea, Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine, and occasionally other destinations pause due to carrier or customs disruptions. Checkout will show you what’s available.
Tracking arrives by email the moment your order ships. Give it a few business days to start updating — the label often exists before the scan does.
Split shipments. Items made at different facilities may arrive in separate packages, at no extra cost. It’s the faster way, not a mistake.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility and collected by your local customs office or carrier.
