How a commission works

How your commission comes together.

  1. 1 Upload your photo

    Send one photo — the clearest one you have. Good light, in focus, one subject filling most of the frame. A phone photo is plenty.

    It doesn’t have to be a pet, either: a person, a place, your team, your crew, even a napkin sketch. If it shows us what you’re picturing, we can start there.

    The image needs to be yours — your own snapshot, your own idea. We can’t redraw another artist’s work or someone else’s brand.
  2. 2 Describe your vision

    Your note does the rest. Tell us what to keep and what to add — the ears that make her Penny, your grandmother’s name below her portrait, the year your team won it all, the words you want with it.

    Our promise
    You’ll see your design by email before anything is printed, with one round of changes included. If what you’re picturing turns out to be beyond what we can do well, we’ll say so honestly and refund you.

    Only the $100 design fee is charged today — it covers your custom artwork and a round of revisions. You won’t pay for any products yet; you’ll finalize sizes, shipping, and payment once you approve the design.

  5. 5 We design your piece

    We’ll create your design and send it to you for approval, with a round of revisions if you’d like changes.

    Once approved, we’ll send an order form to finalize your sizes and details.
