Every piece is made just for you, one at a time — which is the whole point of it, and the one catch: because it doesn’t exist until you order it, we can’t take it back for a simple change of heart. So do check the details before you commit — size, color, and that you’ve landed on the right good dog.

If something’s actually wrong, though, we’ll happily make it right. Should your order arrive damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days and we’ll sort out a replacement or a full refund. You won’t need to ship a thing back — that part’s on us.
