At 3 a.m., the house is awake in shifts, and the quietest member keeps the corridor. For the smallest one on duty: long sleeves for drafty mornings, supremely soft combed ring-spun cotton, ribbed binding that stretches and lasts, and snaps that keep changes brief.
Materials
Lightweight 5.0 oz combed, ring-spun cotton — smooth against a baby’s skin — with rib-knit bindings for durability and stretch, and plastic snaps at the cross closure for easy changing. Solid colors are 100% cotton; sizes newborn to 18 months.

- Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F)
- Non-chlorine: bleach as needed
- Tumble dry: low heat

Meet the Chinese Shar-Pei
Effigies of similar guard dogs survive from southern China’s Han dynasty, two thousand years ago, and for centuries the Shar-Pei worked village farms as guardian, hunter, and occasional fighting dog. The twentieth century nearly ended the story on the mainland, until breeders in Hong Kong raised the alarm and the West answered. The AKC recognized the breed in 1992 — a formality, by then, for a dog already saved.
