Half Chihuahua, half Dachshund, and all spunk! The Chiweenie is a tiny bundle of energy and personality. With their adorable long body and feisty spirit, they’re always ready for fun and a little bit of attitude. Perfect for small spaces, these little guys bring big charm to any home.
Materials
A soft, substantial throw pillow in 100% polyester — a smooth printed face and clean solid back, fully reversible. It ships filled with a firm fill that holds its shape, closed with a concealed zip. Four square sizes, 14–20˝.
Care
- Remove the pillow cover.
- Pre-treat the stains with soft cloth or bristle brush that had been soaked in warm soapy water.
- Machine wash, max 40°C (104°F), normal cycle.
- Do not bleach, tumble dry on low, do not dry-clean.
- Iron, steam, or dry low heat only.
- Fluff to reshape when assembling it back together.

Meet the Chiweenie
Both parents bring serious résumés: the Dachshund was engineered in Germany to follow badgers underground, and the Chihuahua descends from the ancient companion dogs of Mexico. Crossing them is recent — most accounts place the first deliberate Chiweenie litters in 1990s North America, part of the designer-dog wave. No kennel club recognizes the mix, which has never slowed it down; charm requires no paperwork.
