Dalmatian
At three a.m., a Dalmatian falls in behind you on the way to the crib — running alongside is simply what the breed does. For the smallest member of the crew: long sleeves against the draft, soft combed ring-spun cotton, ribbed binding that lasts, and snaps that keep changes quick.

Lightweight 5.0 oz combed, ring-spun cotton — smooth against a baby’s skin — with rib-knit bindings for durability and stretch, and plastic snaps at the cross closure for easy changing. Solid colors are 100% cotton; sizes newborn to 18 months.

Meet the Dalmatian
The breed takes its name from Dalmatia, on the Adriatic coast of present-day Croatia, though its early road is argued about; a bishop’s letter of 1375 already describes a white hunting dog with black round spots. What is certain is the job: for centuries this was Europe’s carriage escort, trotting guard beside travelers and their horses. When the coaching era ended, the Dalmatian did what working breeds must: changed employers, and kept the uniform.
