Papillon
A Papillon keeps a working dog's calendar — tricks before breakfast, agility by noon — and expects you to keep up. The shirt for staff: medium-weight US cotton, easy to layer, ribbed cuffs that stretch on and settle back, a double-needle hem, and more softness with every wash.
Materials
Medium-weight 6.0 oz 100% US cotton in an easy, classic tubular fit. A 1x1 ribbed collar and cuffs stretch and recover, taped neck and shoulders hold their shape, and a double-needle hem wears well. Sizes S–2XL.

Meet the Papillon
The dwarf spaniels of Renaissance courts spread through Italy, France, and Belgium, wherever royalty kept laps. Lore holds that Marie Antoinette carried her little spaniel to the guillotine — a story historians doubt and papillon people retell anyway. The upright-eared fashion took over in the late nineteenth century and renamed the breed; the AKC registered its first papillon, a mite named Joujou, in 1915.
