Some days, building this site feels like shouting into an empty room. I write the words, make the things, and send them out — every ad campaign, every blog post, every small change one more shout into the unknown.
Sales and marketing is still a game where the rules are only half-explained. I'm learning it the only way that seems to exist: run the ad experiments, watch what happens, adjust, repeat. Most of what comes back, for now, is quiet.
What I hold onto is what the quiet is for. If people eventually find their way here — and I'm working as if they will — the record will already be waiting for them: all the small steps, all the days of showing up before anyone was listening. That's what this journal is. The void doesn't echo back yet. I'm writing it down anyway.
