Finnish Spitz
A Finnish Spitz has opinions and shares them; underneath the voice runs a devotion that never wavers. A shirt to match the constant part: substantial 6.0-ounce cotton, garment-dyed after sewing so color settles into the weave, a wide rib collar, and a fade that only improves.
Materials
A substantial 6.0 oz 100% cotton tee, garment-dyed after sewing for a soft, faded, vintage hand. A wide rib collar and taped neck and shoulders hold its shape; OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. Relaxed fit, S–3XL.
Care
- Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F), gentle cycle
- Non-chlorine: bleach as needed
- Tumble dry: low heat
- Iron, steam or dry: low heat

Meet the Finnish Spitz
Spitz-type hunting dogs came north with settlers thousands of years ago and became Finland’s specialist for feathered game. Puppies are born dark and redden as they grow, as if the breed itself insists on becoming more Finnish. Finland named it the national dog in 1979; the AKC recognized the breed in 1991. In Finland, the bark still counts as a working credential.
