Finnish Spitz
Finnish Spitz people recognize each other by a practiced tolerance for commentary — their dog was bred to announce things, and it does. This tee announces quietly: the fox-red badge in a ring of red rays on boxy, heavyweight ring-spun cotton, pigment-dyed to a lived-in softness.
Materials
Heavy 6.1 oz 100% ring-spun US cotton in an oversized, slightly cropped boxy cut. A seamless body and shoulder-to-shoulder twill tape hold its shape, while OEKO-TEX-certified pigment dyes give a soft, vintage hand that stays true. Sizes S–2XL.
Care
- Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F)
- Non-chlorine: bleach as needed
- Tumble dry: low heat
- Iron, steam or dry: low heat

Meet the Finnish Spitz
Spitz-type hunting dogs came north with settlers thousands of years ago and became Finland’s specialist for feathered game. Puppies are born dark and redden as they grow, as if the breed itself insists on becoming more Finnish. Finland named it the national dog in 1979; the AKC recognized the breed in 1991. In Finland, the bark still counts as a working credential.
